Meet the Founders

HomeGlow IV was founded by the fun-loving, sports-minded husband-and-wife team Kerry Tidwell and Carrie Tidwell. With deep roots in home health care, this duo knows what real, compassionate in-home care looks like. Carrie is a registered nurse with years of experience in home health case management and senior care leadership. Kerry brings over 20 years of executive leadership and operational expertise to ensure every visit runs smoothly and professionally.

Together, they’ve built HomeGlow IV to combine infusion excellence with a warm, elevated experience you’ll actually look forward to. When they do take time for themselves, you’ll usually find them cycling on adventures with fellow avid cyclists.
